Where we practice
Cobalt is at 1802 N Armenia Avenue, Suite 210, in Tampa. The office has a small waiting room and three quiet rooms for sessions.
Our clinicians also see clients by secure video. They are licensed in Florida, so for video you need to be in Florida when we meet.

1802 N Armenia Avenue, Suite 210, Tampa, FL 33607. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
By video
You get a link before the session. Choose a private room and check your connection a few minutes early. If the link fails, call the office.
Access
Suite 210 has step-free access from the parking lot, accessible parking and an accessible restroom. Tell us if you need anything else to make a visit easier.
