We think good therapy starts with listening, a plain explanation of what we do, and a fee you know before you begin.

  • Compassion

We meet you where you are, and we keep the pace yours.

  • Plain methods

Each clinician names the method they use and explains it before you try it.

  • Clear fees

You get the fee in writing first, and you can ask about a reduced-fee spot.

Our Services

Four ways to work with us. Your clinician explains the method and sets the pace with you.

  • Individual Therapy

One-to-one sessions for adults who want a steady hour to talk through stress, worry, low mood or a life change.

  • Couples Therapy

Sessions with both partners in the room, for people who want to talk more clearly and argue less.

  • Family Therapy

Sessions with parents, children or other family members, for families working on how they talk and share the load.

  • Trauma-informed therapy and EMDR

Trauma-informed sessions that start with grounding skills. EMDR begins only when you and your clinician agree you are ready.

Your Journey With Us

From your first message to ongoing sessions, this is how it works.

  • Reach out

Send a message or call. We reply within two business days, ask about days and times, and match you with a clinician.

  • First session

Your first 50 minutes cover what brought you in, what you want from therapy, and how privacy and fees work.

  • Your plan

You and your clinician agree on a method and a pace, and you can change either whenever you like.

  • Ongoing sessions

Regular sessions, often weekly at first. Your clinician checks in on what is and isn't helping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers before your first session.

What happens in the first session?

You and your clinician talk about what brought you in and what you would like from therapy, and your clinician explains how sessions, privacy and fees work. You don't need to prepare anything, and you decide at the end whether to book another.

How often will we meet, and for how long?

Sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and 80 minutes for couples. Your clinician sets the pace with you, often weekly at the start, and you can change it as you go.

Do you offer video sessions?

Yes. Our clinicians see clients by secure video in states where we are licensed, which for now is Florida, so you need to be in Florida when we meet.

What is confidential, and what are the limits?

What you share in therapy is kept private and shared only as the law allows. The limits are few: a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, abuse of a child or of an older or vulnerable adult, and a court order. Your clinician explains them in the first session.

How much does it cost and how do fees work?

Your clinician gives you the fee in writing before your first session. We hold a limited number of reduced-fee spots, set with you by household income. How fees work has the details.

“I was nervous about calling. The reply was warm, and the first session was easier than I expected.”
