“Our therapist let each of us finish a thought before the other spoke. It felt fair.”
Our Services
Each approach is tailored to you. Your clinician names the method, explains it, and sets the pace with you.
For adults who want a steady hour to talk through stress, worry, low mood or a life change. Sessions are 50 minutes, one to one, using cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based skills. It is not medication management. Your clinician sets the pace with you.

For partners who want to talk more clearly and argue less. Sessions are 80 minutes with both of you in the room, using the Gottman Method and emotionally focused therapy. It is not a place to decide who is right, and if you don't feel safe at home, tell your clinician.

For parents, children and other family members working on how they talk and share the load. Sessions use structural and narrative family therapy. A parent or guardian gives consent for a child or teen. We don't write custody evaluations.

For adults carrying painful memories. Sessions start with grounding and stabilizing skills, and EMDR, a structured therapy for distressing memories, begins only when you and your clinician agree you are ready. Your clinician sets the pace, and you can pause any time.

For people whose worry or stress is crowding out the week. Sessions use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness, and practical tools to try between visits. It does not replace care from your doctor, and we can coordinate with them if you ask.

For people who feel flat, tired or stuck. Sessions use behavioral activation, cognitive restructuring and interpersonal therapy to find small steps back toward what matters. We don't prescribe medication, and we will help you reach a prescriber if you want one.
