Your clinical record

If you become a client, your clinician keeps a record of your care in the practice's own client portal, not on this website. Your clinician explains what the record holds, who can see it, and the few limits to privacy in your first session.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete a message you sent through this website, and to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
